Article 20.- The Board of Directors may allow the Associate Members that are part of it to participate in a session of the Board of Directors by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment through which all persons participating in the meeting can communicate with each other at the same time. Participation by such means shall constitute presence in person at a meeting.

V. Budget

Article 21.- The expenses of the Association will be covered as follows:
a) With the Associates contributions; and

b) With the Collaborator Members contributions.

Both calculated in accordance with procedures set forth and approved by the Assembly. In addition, the Association may cover its expenses with:

c) With any other income, including those derived from the Association's equity.

VI. Dissolution

Article 22.- Dissolution of the Association may be agreed upon at any time by two thirds of the Associate Members. Dissolution will be carried out in compliance with resolutions adopted for this specific purpose by a majority of the Assembly.
