The corporate bodies of the Association are the following:

1. The General Assembly;
2. The Board of Directors, and;
3. The General Secretariat.

The Assembly is the supreme authority of the Association and will include all Associate Members. The Assembly will meet at least once a year, and extraordinarily at the direction of the Board of Directors.

The General Assembly is held annually and may be convened by the Board of Directors for special sessions.
